These are two of the most exciting words in my generation’s vocabulary . . . ROAD TRIP !
The map in this painting is my secret wish to go explore the east coast of Canada! My dream manifested itself in art: the exhilarating possibilities and dreams all bundled together with an iconic VW beetle, plastered with bumper stickers!
Even if you never owned a “punch buggy”, this nostalgic image might bring back memories of your own adventures . . . or inspire new ones!

Patricia grew up in Burnaby, B.C. and studied Art, History and Communication in Utah and Paris. She returned to Canada, where she continues as a life-long student of art in various mediums. Patricia is excited and seduced by colour and expresses a lot of energy and optimism in her art in response to what she sees.
