Story on the back:
A delightful Shell employee, Jenna Strachan, asked me to come take photos of people and projects for Shell Peace River. She made sure we got a photo of old Tigger, their mascot, who was taken in as a starving stray years ago by their maintenance staff. While we were photographing local contractors on road construction, we saw a man taking a different sort of cat for a walk. I was told they were marking a line, but I couldn’t help but laugh as I shot the photos. After two full days of photographing various projects, expansions, equipment, operators, engineers, leaders, support staff, and contractors, I gained a great appreciation for some very innovative, hard-working and fun-loving people in the oil and construction industries. It takes all kinds of cats in many walks of life to make a world!
